  3.                WavMaker  Ver 1.06a

  5.        This is version 1.06a and was uploaded to replace the 
  6.        
  7.     previous upload which apparently had a loose spark plug wire.
  8.  
  9.     (The stereo option was defective.)
  10.

  12.        WavMaker is a Windows program which will generate audio 'wav'
  13.  
  14.     files. The format can be stereo/mono, 8/16 bit, and 1 of 3 sample
  15.  
  16.     rates. The sound can be a sinewave or squarewave tone(s). 
  17.  
  18.     Set the parameters as desired and press 'Make File' button.
  19.  
  20.     To silence a channel set it to 0 Hz.

  22.  
  23.        I made WavMaker as simple as possible, no bells or whistles.
